We understand that archery equipment must perform flawlessly – whether you’re practicing with recurve bows or hunting with compound bows. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom-fletched arrows (from our Arrow Making section)
- Used broadheads (for obvious safety reasons)
- Personal protective equipment (arm guards, chest guards) if packaging is opened
Note: Special orders for English longbows or custom compound bows may have different return policies – please check at time of purchase.
Return Process
Follow these steps to return your archery equipment:

- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Use original packaging for bows/arrows to prevent damage
- Ship Back: Send to our Florida address using a trackable method (return shipping at customer’s expense)
- Inspection: We’ll examine the returned item within 3 business days of receipt
- Resolution: You’ll receive email confirmation of refund or exchange processing
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):
- Follow the same initial steps as returns
- Specify your desired replacement item in your email
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item
